We want to make certain you are a happy customer. We will replace any damaged orders from shipping. We understand that you are busy, but we require you to make the claim of damage within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Please reply via email, info@bjonifarms.com. 

We want you to love and enjoy the experience of B'Joni Farms as a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at info@bjonifarms.com, and we will discuss a means of resolution.  Unfortunately blanket "satisfaction guarantee" would enable people to take advantage of our small farm. If your not happy with any of our products or services, let's talk and work it out. 

Also, honey is a seasonal product based on the flora bees have available. Though our honey has been consistent over the last few years, flavor, aroma, and color of honey will vary throughout the season. We will make sure the bees have the best environment to collect this uniquely local honey for you to enjoy!
